I have a Harmony 900 to control an Onkyo NR 515 AVR. The volume steps up and down one incriment at a time instead of a nice steady fast slide keeping the vol button pressed.
My thought is the speed of the IR needs adjusting in the remote area setup. Not sure to speed up or slow down. I did it before, but it was a while ago with the same issue, but i forgot....
