Screen Options for Benq EP5920 projector

Hi,

I'm looking to add a projection screen to a Benq EP5920 and hoping there is someone familiar with this projector or give a good recommendation based on the specs. This is an entry level projector.

I'm going with a 106" image and zoomed all the way out to get the biggest picture I can.

Looking to get a fixed frame.

Here are the choices I have based on the screen size and trying to stay under a certain price point.
If someone has any other fixed frames @250 please let me know. Found a couple. Accuscreen and Elite.

Ok. I think I've narrowed it down to 2 screens.

106" 16x9

This will be a light controlled room. Only used at night for movies.

Elite Screens ER106WH1 Sable Fixed Frame Projection Screen (106 inch 16:9 AR) - Cinewhite

Accuscreen 800019 106-Inch HDTV Fixed Wall Sound Screen - White Matte

Roughly the same price but looking for one that might be a better build quality.
I know these are more entry level ones but looking for the better of the two and if anyone has experience with either of these.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Looking to pull the trigger soon. If there are any suggestions of other screens @$250 that would be great.
