Recommendation For Conversion Device

I am looking for a device that will take my LaserDisc composite output, my SVHS S-Video output and convert them to HDMI for my new JVC projector/ If it will take the HDMI outputs of my cable STB, BluRay (3D), Apple TV and Roku boxes and switch them as well, all the better.

My current AV processer, Parasound Halo C1, has no HDMI capability so I use it strictly for audio.
