Question about driver sizes - smaller LCR speakers vs 6.5" in wall speakers

Trying to make a decision on speakers. The room is part of a very open basement, approximately 13'WX19'L. Undecided on amp/receiver, leaning towards a Denon 1912/13 or equivalent, running 5.1 only. I have an HSU sub (STF2 - 10").

Now I'm thinking that smaller satellite LCR speakers are going to sound better (Say KEF KHT 5005.2), but the only thing I'm worried about is driver size in a large room (3" vs multiple 6.5" in an inwall).

As for inwalls, looking at some budgets from monoprice.

Let me know what you think, asked in the kef thread and in my build thread but no answers yet.

Thanks!

Even suggestions on LCR on wall speakers for $500-$700 a set. Someone throw me a bone?
