I'd like to attach an IR emitter to my Panasonic Plasma (TCP50GT25) so I can control it with my home automation equipment, but using a sticky IR emitter on front of the TV looks extremely ugly.
Can I easily (and safely!) open the TV and attach the emitter inside? If not, are there any other options?
This link shows somebody sticking an emitter on the BACK of a plasma but I'm not sure that will work on the newer TVs...
