Where can I purchase some Wharfedale speakers?

Hello all I'm a new member but, I've been around reading the forums on and off for the past year.

I want to purchase some Wharfedale diamond 10.1 Or 10.2 if the price is reasonable (looking for speakers under $400).
Problem is all I can find is ebay used 10.2 speakers. I would like to purchase *new* speakers online preferably because I checked on Wharfedale's site for authorized dealers but the closest one to me is about 2 hours away.
Can somebody help me out with this?

Music Direct still has some Wharfedale Evo speakers that are 60% off. You can get a better speaker than the entry level Diamonds at the same price.smile.gif

Wow that is a steal but what a shame I can't afford more than $400 at the moment (darn christmas shopping/being a 19 year old college student!).
How long do you think those would be up for before they're gone?

Okay so, what do you guys think of Wharfedale 10.1 speakers, and a vtf2-mk4 sub for a room thats 15x15x8.5? Music to movie ratio is 80/20

Wharfedales are wonderful but under-rated speakers. Being hard to find, not many folks have actually heard them.

Besides musicdirect.com, you can also try onecall.com. They are a Wharfedale dealer too. Look for Diamond 10 series open box or demo units for deals. WRT your question about the 10.1's, they are a great budget bookshelf for the money competing with speakers at far more cost. I once had a full 5.1 set of Diamond 9's and sold the front three to a friend. I still get to hear and enjoy them at times. I kept the Diamond 9.2's and use them on 24" stands as my rear surrounds. The soft dome tweeters and kevlar woofers blend in well with my Vienna Acoustics front three - so much so that I really can't consider ever selling them and upgrading to Viennas for the back two. I recommend the 10.1 or 10.2 highly as they are suppose to be much improved over the Diamond 9 series that was well received.

Im holding off on my speaker purchase waiting for some of you guys input on the speakers/sub I proposed.

Wharfedale diamond 10.1
HSU VTF2-MK4
Harmon and Kardon AVR 1700

My room is 15×15×8 and music to movie ratio is 80/20.
