What wires would should I look for for Monitor series II speakers??

i have not opened my polk monitor60, cs1, monitor30 and a psw505 sub so im wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction on the type of wires they use.

ill hopefully getting the denon 2113ci receiver also.
a link to what i basically would need would be great.

Probably inexpensive 18ga wire, because that's all they need. Why does what they use inside matter?

You just need a single RCA coaxial cable to go from the receiver sub output jack to the subwoofer line input jack.

For speaker wire, I would suggest that you look at the MonoPrice #2791 14-gauge speaker wire, which is $25 for a 100-foot spool.

12 gauge would be too big right? go with 14 or 16 or 18?

For sound : There's no such thing as "too big"... there's only "bigger than needed". A "too big" wire works just fine.

For fitting into your banana jack... the ones linked say they will take 12ga.
