Quick Decision help needed! (panny VT30 or GT50??)

hey, guys, a buddy from the local entertainment store phoned me and let me know that there was a panasonic 65Vt30 still kickin around there. And he said I could take it for $1700. is that worth it? or would the 65gt50 panasonic for $2200 be a better buy? thanks

The GT50 would have a better picture, but I don't know if it is $500 better.

hi, are you saying.stating the st50 is a better set than the vt30?

By most reports, the 2012 models have better PQ than the 2011 models, so yes, the ST50 is at least as good as the VT50. But, there are also more reports of temporary image retention with the 2012 models. I have the VT30 and couldn't be happier.
