How much is my tv worth?

I purchased a 46" toshiba 1080p 120hz LCD HDTV back in December 2010. It is model 46g300u. I bought a new tv and would like to sell. It's this one here.

No problems, scratches, etc. only thing is I lost original remote and bought a nice Logitech multiunit control.

What's a fair price to ask?

That's what I figured. Got an offer for 350 but thought it was too low
