I have just been notified its out. Where. The DVDO Site just has the last software.

I just received the same notification. Apparently the new 2.40 firmware enables two new CMS memories: "ISF Day" and "ISF Night", which are in addition to the existing "Day" and "Night" modes. The new modes can be locked. However, it appears that version 2.40 is not yet available for download.
