Although the video only gives us 2 POVs, I would like to point out what I noticed.
At about 15 seconds, you can see a poof of dust coming off the left rear of Vettel's car (as he pulls along side Webber).
To me, this indicates the rear tire had been put over the edge.
Then, the car begins to oscillate.
Now, look at the POV from the camera over Vettel's head.
Watch Seb's hands...
You can see him fighting to keep the car in a straight line.
Ultimately, he cannot and loses it.
FWIW and IMO, Vettel didn't do anything he wouldn't have normally done while passing a non-teammate
Of course, this gets us back to the question of whether he SHOULD have tried to pass his fellow RB driver or not....
