The Klipsch RW-12d - when on sale (usually at Newegg.com) for $300 - is a frequently-recommended option which is most likely your best bet.

http://www.avsforum.com/t/1390563/klipsch-rw-12d-omnimic-frequency-response-graphs - excellent review by Archaea, subwoofer RW-12D has been discontinued by Kliipsch (Oct 2012) but can still be purchased at some retailers. Often listed at $499 or $599 but is a real bargain when sold at $299.

You can read excellent reviews by Josh Ricci of the Premier Acoustic PA-150 and the BIC PL-200 at www.data-bass.com.

I'm gonna be using it for 50 music 50 movies, my current subwoofers produce good loud base but they can't hit too low. I want to feel some vibrations. Which would be my best bet?

If you have a strict budget of $300 then the RW would be the way to go. If you can swing another $50 or so then try to catch the pa150 on sale. It will give you more output. What is the size of your room?

I would try to catch the pa150 on sale for $349 or so if you can. The RW would suffice but I think you would be happier with the 150. From what I understand the RW goes a little lower but the 150 is louder. If you want to go significantly lower than the rw you would have to rethink your budget.

I have a really hard time recommending that site when there are no posted measurements and that site directly contradicts what Josh Ricci measured using the CEA-2010 standard (comparing the PA-150 and Bic200).

You can compare them here directly with each other. Josh is a well known and respected review with a passion for this stuff and he uses are very scientific and repeatable standard for his measurements.

Hate to complicate things, but the Klipsch (which is often $300 at newegg) is $300 at newegg:
