AV receiver suggestions.

I'm near finishing my Theater/ Bar basement and will be needing a new receiver to run the room. The bar has a dual channel speaker fed to it as well as a coax and cat 5e fed from my stereo cabinet for a small tv. The bar area is behind the theater, so the bar speaker could be utilized as the rear 2 channels. All the speaker wires are ran through the walls, either to the in wall rears, or terminals for the fronts and center. No speakers picked out yet, but that will be later down the road for new ones.

I will be running a PS3, cable box and an HDMI output from the Laptop. I would like to run 7.1 surround for main movies. It would be nice to be able to have the main tv and 5.1 as well as run the bar tv and rear dual channel at the same time, but a seperate programs ( 2 games on etc). Are the many receivers that can handle that? My budget would be to keep it below a grand. I'm not brand loyal, But can get good deals through the local shop buying Denon, Anthem, Cambridge Audio, or Marantz.

Whats a decent unit a guy could pick up for a decent price?

That looks perfect. Does it allow you to havethe main TV and rn the system with 5.1, and then use the second hdmi for another source and have the second zone have the audio for the second source? Have guys playing PS3 on the main system in 5.1 and then watch a game in the bar with both audio sources working? This is my first 2 zone AVR, not sure of the actual functioning of them. Some of the discussion in those threads are a little over my understanding of the units functions.

Guess I'll be seeing what my local shop can do for pricing whether I can get into the AVR 3313ic or just stay with the 2313ic and just have the same source for both basement tvs. Probably wont actually use the dual hdmi sources that often, but would be nice to have as an option.
How well do AVR's hold their resale these days?

Thanks for the help JDS, picked up the 2313ci the other night. Got a hell of a deal and it was in stock! Now I just need to get the damn basement reno complete so I can plug it in and actually power it up.

Back from the dead, Cause this AVR is wicked awsome! Sucks that you need to initiate airplay on zone one to get it to play through zone 2, but wicked none the less. No complaints but still getting used to the new unit and its options/ features.
