which decent Receiver in US market has multi or dual voltage ?

My friend from Armenia wants me to ship Onkyo TX-NR515 from US (Since I'm shipping a car for another friend, I'll just throw it in it and it will be free shipping for him)
But we just realized that we have 220V 50Hz there.
I went to bestbuy and looked to all the receivers and all of them were 110V only.
Probably they all have power supplies with transformers (not impulse ones) and that's the reason they aren't 110-250V
Is there any suggestion for easy fix?
He also has older Harman-Kardon. Are the power supplies the same in these units? If he'll buy Harman, can he just swap power supplies, given if he'll buy with the same wattage as he already has?

Is there any multi-voltage receiver in US market?
Is it possible that they have a switch or easy fix for 250V if we'll open the units?

Thanks

When I lived in Europe and used my US built audio gear, I obtained the biggest 230 volt to 120 volt transformer I could find and plugged all the US standards stuff into it.

BTW there is now at least one full switchmode power receiver on the market - the HK AVR 1700. Unfortunately there are actually two models of it - the 170 for Europe and the 1700 for the US. Each is rated for use only with local power.
