Hello everyone, been browsing these forums for a while now because every time I ask Google an audio question, this site seems to have the answer. BTW, if this is posted in the wrong section, please accept my apologies. But I figured I'd ask away here. I recently purchased a Pioneer sc1222k. Have them hooked up to klipsch quintet III 5.1. I also have the Klipsch Synergy Sub-10. Now, I just got the Def Techs bp8b floorstanding speakers, a pair as a hand me down for a cheap price from a buddy who was upgrading. What would be the best way to hooking this up I'm assuming as a 7.1 System? The Receiver inputs have Front L, R and also Front Height and Front Wide. . Should I use the existing 4 quintet speakers for side surround and back surround, then just proceed to hook up the center then the 2 Def Techs for L and R. Or is there a better more efficient way for this? Basically my goal is to add the 2 floor standing to an existing 5.1 quintet III. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
