I've had the tc-l42u30 for a while now and, while fine for the price, one thing that's always bugged me is that when a source displays a relatively stationary image for even a short time, the tv will noticeably blip and the image becomes sharper, and once movement onscreen begins again the entire image jerks and blurs back to what I assume is normal. It does this across all inputs and sharpness settings. All video processing features are disabled.
What is this? I guess I'm more interested on an acedemic level since I can find no way to change it. This didn't happen on my old Bravia, and I can't see it being desireable, at least as implemented here.
