The scenario is that Im watching on demand or dvr show and turn off the tv. Hours later I come back and the show I was watching is totally unresponsive. I can watch live TV but any dvr functions do not function. The only remedy is pulling the plug and waiting for reboot. This is the second dvr box. There is plenty of ventilation in all directions and its not stacked on any other equipment. The tech says the levels are good and I dont see any pixelation or drop outs when watching tv. Also the internet works very well and fast (14mbps dl).
I've got the tech coming out again tomorrow and Im sure he'll just replace the box again if I dont have suggestions.
