Glasses and Keyboard

I just picked up a 70LE8470U from Costco, and need some clarification on a few things. Must the glasses be charged via the TV, or can any
USB port (computer or wall plug) be used? Has anybody used a wireless keyboard with the SHARP browser?

Good question about charging the glasses -- I don't know if all USB ports use the same voltage.
Also, the manual says to turn the TV off before plugging and before unplugging the charger.
I have ceased following this bit of advice and simply plug when needed and unplug with charged.
So far, so good...only one USB port and one cable, so glasses must wait in a queue...
