What is this? Samsung T27b550 (VIDEO)!

Hi, for Christmas I got this Samsung 27 inch monitor/tv 1080p resolution here is the link :

I got it for my xbox 360 for watching movies and gaming I was told it was good so what the hell is this (rage) towards the end of clip:

Lol, if anyone knows what you call that delay or rendering (i dunno) of the object at the end of the video please advise me on what it is and how I should approach the problem haha , I was just having a black ops 2 sesh and I noticed that in all my games^^^!

P.S Please don't say "get over it" or anything like that, it is really annoying and makes things blurry at distances.

Oh also I have just noticed there is a difference between the 2 hdmi ports:

hdmi1 = 1920x1080 60hz

hdmi2 = 1920x1080p /60p

What does this mean... I was using hdmi 2 in the video.

I just used hdmi 1 then and it is not as sharp but the objects are rendered earlier.

Please help I do not understand!

umm, but like I said, the two ports portray different pictures? so obviously it seems to be that they are not the same thing?
