Microphone feedback?

it really depends on their mics and on their internet connection. also, if they're using a play and charge kit, that'll add noise. so tell them to charge it when they're not playing.

all you can do is tell them to fix or change their mics. of course, they can't change their internet connection. and if they can't, you can always mute the offending person individually.

if you want to hear your loud speakers while chatting on a mic, you need a mic with heavy noise cancellation.

and luckily, the default microsoft headset has very good noise cancellation. you practically have to eat the mic for people to hear you. otherwise, shop for a mic with heavy noise cancellation.

most hardcore gamers get a combo headset with headphones for sound and a mic with no noise cancellation for clear audio pickup.
