Need some advice about Motorized TV Lift Mechanisms

Okay, I ran a search on the forums, but my Google-Fu was weak. Couldn't find anything.

I'm looking for one of those deally-bops that lift a flat screen TV up through a specialty cabinet.

Like these:

I don't want to call and beg for prices. I don't want a whole cabinet, I want to custom build the cabinet. I'm thinking no smaller than a 42" flat panel. It has to have a remote control that I can train my Harmony to hear.

Cheaper is better.

Any suggestions, AVS braintrust?
