Sharp lc46se94u - Turning off and on by itself...

I have a LC-46se94u and for a while now, when I'm watching television, the unit will suddenly shut itself off and then turn it self back on. It clicks off and then turns on. It is frustrating when watching a game or show when it starts getting good. Does anyone else have this problem or something similar to it? Any advice?

advice... get a new TV....

I have a 52" in the same model, my company warranty and the 4 year extension I bought with the TV has all expired...
if mine gives me trouble I would have to get a new one. Fortunately no issues yet.
