Help Me Pick a Blu-Ray Player!

Hey guys,

Need some help quick. I have a Toshiba HDTV serial code - 46G300U, Yamaha HTIB serial code - YHT 497BL, XBOX 360. Looking for a blu-ray to add to my collection! So many choices I'm starting to lose my mind haha. I would want wi-fi connection for my blu-ray player, a fairly reasonable price (150$ and under). For this price are there fairly good blu-ray players?
