Firmware upgrade to 04.31.30

Does anyone know where to get the firmware 04.31.30 upgrade ? The LG support group told me to go to the LG internet site and download the latest firmware ,but the site has 04.12.23 My TV already has this and wants the 04.31.30 upgrade. It won,t go to any of the movie sites like netflix without it.

Can't get through the download without hanging up. Suggest downloading 4.12.23 and unzipping to jump drive and loading through USB port on tv. I have a 6700. Skip 4.31.30 until they post it for download.

Last night I went to view a movie on Netflix and it told me I needed to update the firmware before I could access Netflix. So I just let it download and install. All went well. So this was strictly for a Netflix issue?

Why would u have to do a firmware update by getting it through the lg website? My tv (55lm7600) always asks me if I want it to update. On your tv, go into settings–support–software update. Do you not have that option?

When it originally said it wanted an update,I had one before 04.12.23 and it wanted 04.31.30 It kept freezing and wouldnt download. I called the LG support center and they couldnt get it to download as it should either. They then talked me through getting the 04.12.23 on a flash drive and entering it. It worked at first and then started asking for the 04.31.30 again. It is suppose to download as you say but it gets to about 11% and freezes always,just as it did before. You can' t go to the movie download sites like Netflix or the others because it says it needs the 04.31.30. If the LG site had 04.31.30 on it ,It might work or I could do it on a flash drve again.

I just updraded to the new firmware 04.31.30.

Good:
  1. all premium apps still work,
  2. there is now a check box on the software update page for automatic update without notifing.
  3. Also a new premium app CRACLE.
  4. There is now a 3D test image.


BAD:
when I and watching content on the AV input and select the premium menu, upon going back to the AV content the screen is green and appears to have sync issues. If I turn the 3D on then off the image comes back to normal.

I really hate what happend to the AV, I emailed LG support on this, no response yet...

I downloaded the update tv with no problem and I can now beam Netflix and YouTube videos right to the tv from my iphone I also noticed a 3d test option

I updated my firmware and now skype won't recognize my LG AN-VC400 web camera. I have reached out to LG tech support, tried a TV reset. No luck. Now they're sending out a technician when it seems to me to be a driver issue with the new firmware. Anyone else have an AN-VC400 and running into the same problems with the new update?

Guys , the biggest thing in this upgrade is fixing flash player FULL-SCREEN mode , I finally can stream movies using browser normally , as if i am on PC.
There were lots and lots of questions about it on different forums in the past .

There is nothing about this fix in release notes for this upgrade.
Does it work now for everybody ? It's really huge thing.
Before I was getting replies from LG support that it can never work.

Do you guys know if it was ever working in previous releases and then stopped working ? I just want to be sure it won't go away in next upgrade.

BTW how I beam Netflix and YouTube videos right to the tv from my Android 4.1.1 ??
