cable needs for tv broadcast

Has anyone used the camcorder to broadcast video to the internet? If so, what kind of cable does one need to connect the camcorder to the laptop to accomplish this? I keep reading a lot about firewire, but there is no fireware ports on the camera. Thanks for any help you can give me.

I want to broadcast high school basketball games with both audio and video. My audio works well, but just bought this new camcorder and can't seem to find any information about what types of cables etc.I need to launch this type of broadcasting. I have read some articles on the use of firewire but there are no firewire connections on this camcorder, so I'm seeking an alternative route. Can you give me some pertinent information?
