BDP-S470 audio not working. HELP!  

Hello, I have a Sony BDP-S470 and can not get audio out of Optical and can only get Pro Logic out of hdmi.

I will start off with my specs:

Blu-Ray: Sony bdp-s470(latest firmware updated)

TV: Sony NX810 46" (3D)

Receiver: Harmon Kardon Signature series 2.0 and 2.1(Amp and pre-amp)



So, to use HDMI, My Blu-ray player goes into the TV(HDMI) and optical from TV to receiver. Through that I get Pro Logic but not Dolby Digital.

When I go directly to my receiver from bluray (optical as receiver doesnt have HDMI), my receiver switches to Dolby Digital but no sound comes out.

My Xbox goes HDMI to tv and then optical out to receiver and I get dolby digital while watching DVD's or playing xbox games and everything works fine...

I have gone through the settings and changed some but nothing has fixed it.

Is there something I am missing?
