Repair rotel rsp1098 or replace with intergra 80.3 or marantz 8801

The rotel needs repair for the third time so i am at a crossroads. as a side note i can get the 8801 for about @1500 off msrp just to make the decision a little more complicated. What are your opinions as to my choices. The sales guy says i;;be blown away with how good the new stuff will sound with audyssy and says that feature alone would cause be to buy into x32. Thour thoughts.
