IS it worth to repair

A B&K avp3000, Unit powers on, Speaker tests work, But no sound {CD}. No Remote.Is it worth it?

No it is probably not worth it to repair. I have a very high end Yamaha receiver from over ten years ago that needs repair. I've kept it but don't intend to have it serviced. Modern AVRs offer so much over older high end gear that they have become obsolete. Its sad to see this happen to such fine products from years ago.
