They said pending another service guy coming out to check the TV they will most likely replace the entire set this time around. Why settle for this obvious imperfection?
It is hard to argue with your statement, however having invested in professional calibration on a set with no other defects (stuck, dead pixels, etc) I am just hesitant to go through this process with Panasonic. My picture 90% of the time is amazing, and who knows what issue the next panel will bring. Having said that, I get closer every day to making that call to Best Buy and ultimately to Panasonic.
