I bought a Bp620 a month ago. I have it connected to a Samsung Plasma. Every so often when I'm viewing something on the BP620 the screen will go black, but I can still hear the sound. This only lasts for about 10 seconds. I tried different cables and inputs, but the issue still occurred. The issue seems to have gotten worse as far as how often it happens. It used to occur about once and hour, but now it may happen 4 or 5 times an hour. When I watch my tv through my Roku or cable there is no issue, so I assumed it was the BP620. I exchanged the Bp 620 yesterday for a new BP620 and after about an hour of watching a program through the new BP620 the screen went black again twice.
