I borrowed this DVD from our library since JB was on the cover. Not knowing what the story was, I thought it was your typical "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" type slasher genre.
Wrong - the director Pascal Laugier's other movie was Martyrs, not my kind of movie.
JB can act but she looked very ordinary in this one w/ little makeup. The plot was about children kidnapping by The Tall Man but I'll leave it at that.
I found it extremely engrossing but not sure if I agree with the director's intent.
