Epson extended warranty?

I'm getting a 5020 and been wondering about the extended 1 year warranty (that comes with the 6020)...Is it worth getting this extra year of warranty? Do these projectors often fail over time? Anyone who has Epson who would recommend this extra warranty?

Any pj can fail over time, and I don't think I would buy just for the extra year. I did buy a 6010 that came with the extra bulb, mount, and glasses. The extra year warranty was just icing on the cake. Some credit cards will extend a warranty and might be worth a look versus the extra amount paid, or even a warranty company.
