Mitsubishi 3DA-1 Checkerboard Converter

I am late to the 3D thing but I finally understand it. I bought a mitsubishi 3d ready tv about 3 years ago and have the emitter and glasses, but now realize I need that pesky covereter. I have searched high and low, does anyone know where I can get one? Looking for a Mitsubishi 3DA-1 Checkerboard Converter frown.gif

I am in the same boat. Got a emitter and glasses for christmas and didn't realize i needed the converter to play ps3 games... I don't think they make the converter anywhere and the prices on used ones are extremely high that I've seen.

I have only found it on a pack for $500, at that price, I might as well buy a new 3d tv that has regular top and bottom or side to side. Ill keep ya posted.

Which is the conclusion I came to. I have a 67" LED DLP and wanted to get the converter, but at close to $500 I figured the money was better spent toward a new set. So with DLP production stopped and prices being low, i picked up a Mitsubishi 82" 3D set(82642 model) for $1600 which has the converter built in to the set. I just had to spend an extra $70 to get the BT emitter and BT glasses.
