need some help choosing some powered 2.0 speakers

ok so i am looking to get some powered 2.0 speakers not looking to spend more than $150 and might be as low as $100 ( so i would like help choosing one for both price brackets please)so i would like some help or any input on the speakers i list or suggestions for alternatives and if there is a comparison between one you suggest vs one on my list even better:D
will be hooked up to my pc some music use mostly want to use them for netflix or blu rays when i am not home or and for some games i want best sound quality i can get would like some decent bass thats there as well. i know since its 2.0 wont have alot of bass until you get into stuff out of my price range with 8inch and up woofers. also might be used with my iphone from time to time so 3.5 possibility would be great when if i have to buy a cable to do it. also please dont suggest getting an amp and passive speakers i have a 7.1 denon polk system at home this is for when i am out or go somewhere and want something to get me by:)

for the 150 and under but over 100 i have come across : ( a couple in here are a little over 150 so i would wait for a sale or something on them)

ya people say good things about them i like how small they are but should or of budget right now :/

i miss read the krk speakers thought it was a pair its single so thats 300 so thats off the list

i am starting to lean towards the av 40 after right up on it some more down to 3 now

sucks no one has a comparison witht he edifier speakers:/ i have some M3300SF speakers and they sound pretty good

actually what do you guys think about these Genius SP-HF1800A they are true 3 way though the drivers are probably of poor quality:/ but cant be much worst than any of the others i am looking at and would have better sound separation with cleaner sound since not trying to play the mids and lows on one driver what you guys think?

Ya I figured :/ but had to ask there is a restocking fee with newegg so I will loose money if I try them and don't like them oh well guess that's the only option left thank for the response though

ok so i ended up buying the creative gigaworks t20 series 2 for like 69.99 free shipping and wasnt what i was looking for but since there will be a restocking fee over $10 and like $20 shipping i might as well keep them but am no thinking of adding something like a psw10 sub to it to bump up the bass some and fill in what it lacks

so how to i add a subwoofer to these speakers they get a signal through a 3.5 jack in the back of the right speaker so would i y splitter work off my sound card then have a 3.5 to red white rca to the sub work or is there a problem with that weakening the signal or do i need to find something like an audio distribution am or something?

ok sweet that keeps cost down not having to get a distribution amp and was wondering if there was a better sub under $100 i will look into the pioneer:) thanks for the recommendation
