I recently purchased a copy of the Hunger Games Blu-Ray from the U.S. I went to enter in the digital copy code, but was not allowed to download the movie as I need a U.S. iTunes account (my iTunes account is Canadian).
I believe the U.S. digital copy is available for download in both HD and SD formats from iTunes. If you are interested, please PM me (with your email address) and we can set up a transaction over Paypal.
You can paypal the full $5 and I will email you the code.
Alternatively if you prefer, you can send $2 first, I'll send you the code, and you can send the remaining $3 after.
