Jamestown screen still crooked

I am having trouble installing my 110" JT screen. I followed the directions, but when I go to hang it on the wall it won't hang straight. Very off center, one side lower than the other, etc. What am I doing wrong?

i used 4 L brackets about 6inshes from all corners. oh 1 in the center to level it then i screwed them into the wooden fram then onto the wall
