Rack mount for Integra/Onkyo

I am considering an Onkyo PA-MC5500 amp for my Integra DHC-80.3 because my old B&K power amp has a dead channel. The Onkyo has the same specs as the Integra DTA-70.1 amp but is cheaper. I can't seem to find anywhere to buy the IRK-180-4 rack mount kit. None of the authorized online dealers that carry the Onkyo have the rack mount when I do a search. Any ideas?

I guess you could use a rack mount shelf?

I would rather use the rack mount ears. The shelf might end up costing me more and the mount wont be as nice.

Fair enough, and I haven't exactly researched the things, it was just the first thing that came to mind. Part of me thinks that a slide out shelf would be rather nice, if I didn't feel like pulling the whole rack out to work on something, but no doubt that would be even pricier.
