LED Lights behind the LCD?

HI all,

I am looking forward to add led lights behind my LCD. I know a simple google search will show me thousands of results, but whats the most preferred approach here on the forum.
Few years back CYRON was a good option, not sure if there is anything better. I would love this thing to turn on along with the LCD. Would prefer to have something that can be used along with the current universal remotes such as logitech or accoustic resarch.
If not anything else?

I was able to google that myself mate, i wanted to know whats a good brand/make out there in the US market that people prefer.
