My Vizio XVT553sv suffered a power surge it would not turn on at all. I changed the power supply board and the motherboard. the TV does turn on at first with freezing video and sometimes the sound goes out . after about 1 or 2 minutes it turns back off the Vizio logo blinks. then tv turns back on again every so often it does this process twice. after cycling like this it usually stays on until turned off. what I do now is turn on the TV without a video source turned on for about 5 minutes then I turn on the video source the TV works good after doing this. I'm guessing one of the boards has a problem any help would be appreciated. thank you in advance.
