Also - I'm sure I would have more support against what you clowns are saying about your "Elite quality" ES8000, but most informed users have either returned their ES8000 or never purchased in the first place and would have no reason to be in the LCD forum.

Much like the corners of your ES8000, you all need to "light"-en up.

Considering I have a Sony 65HX950 and a Panasonic 65VT30, and RETURNED the 65ES8000 and 60ES8000, I consider I have the best of both worlds, yet I'm not going to post in an LED thread bashing those who don't have a plasma like you. If anything, it makes you look anything but "informed".

Was I replying to your message? Take a look and see.

I'm not bashing those with LEDs, I'm looking forward to the F9000 if certain fixes are made.

I myself owned the ES8000 and it was horrible. That gives me first hand insight which is backed up by the poor reviews given to the set by practically every other reputable site. I also found that those claiming the set to be new and improved with the latest update to be providing false information to others.

The truth hurts.

Cmay, you haven't heard about the Westinghouse 110" LED?? Guess how much? $300,000 more than my fathers Ferrari Lol! And that's for a cheap westinghouse! So the Samsung will probably cost way more than that.

You guys are the ones that keep bringing stuff up just to try and mess with me. I'm trying to keep my posts on topic about the 2013 models, but I'm going to reply towards posts obviously meant about me. You love your ES8000 (which I did not) and I love my VT50 - neither of which is pertinent to this thread.

Let's stay on topic and I do appreciate the articles you are posting about the F8000. I apologize if my posts were getting us off topic.

Samsung is not selling a 110-inch model this year as a product, despite demoing it. You might well be able to special-order it directly through Samsung for the price of a small house, but it will not be a retail product.

So I called Sony today and accepted the buy back of my 55HX929. I have just not been happy with it but I still have this feeling that Im making a terrible mistake. After reading about the new firmware for the ES8000 I am inclined to pick up the 60". I just cannot live with flashlighting and clouding. The Sony has none but has a plethora of other issues. Do I go with the ES8000 or wait for the F8000? The ES8000 would only cost me an extra 300.00 while Im sure that Ill have to come out of pocket big time for the F8000 when its released

You can always return the ES8000 if your not happy. Just make sure you buy it from Amazon or BB that has a good return policy. Honestly, I don't think you will want to return it once you get it. There were a few members on the ES8000 that just returned their GT50 for it, and are happy they did. plus, if you end up loving it, you just saved yourself a ton of dough rather than waiting on the F8000. I'm waiting for the F because I need another larger than 60' and refuse to buy another 65" ES8000 because of the bad banding. but I'm not looking forward to paying close to $7k for the 75" F8000 when it comes out, or even $5K or whatever for the 65" F8000

My guess would be the 60F8000 to be priced between $3500 and $3800 msrp based off of 2012 prices at launch. You can try getting BB to price match an online retailer for a 60es8000 for around $2200. That's what I was able to do prior to getting the Sony.

When Samsung first announced it... It was a 75es8000. When it finally came out, they dubbed it the 75es9000. I think Anthony was posting original price list prior to the name change for the 75 because that list has the original price as well.... But like the name change, they changed the price when it finally hit store shelves as well.
