Another Break In Slides Question?

Ok so after a lot of reading I have a couple of questions.

If I were to get IR can I not run the break in slides overnight to help get rid of it?

Also when I did run the break in slides i did it under a "short" display interval (the fastest one) thinking that would be right and woke the next morning seeing a flicker almost between the slides? what interval should it be run? Did I hurt the tv?

Yes the slides can be used to help get rid of IR. Not sure if that's best vs snowy patterns and other options out there, but they should help.

Set the slide duration to slow with no transition effects etc. turned on. I doubt it did any harm though. Mainly just want slower speed to have the colors stay up for a bit as I understand it.
