With that criteria, that's easy. The bundle for you is the Mario & Luigi bundle. Both New Super Mario Brothers and New Super Luigi U are on a single disc with a real case where as Wind Waker in the Zelda bundle is a mere download voucher.
You could pay as much as $90 before tax to get both of those Mario/Luigi games in retail form where as Wind Waker has a $50 MSRP (instead of the $60 that NSMBU and the $30 that NSLU go for). Even with deals, you're almost definitely going to pay more buying those two separately at retail than you would Wind Waker and you also won't have the convenience of having both on a single disc like you would with the bundled version.
And even if you really want the digital copy of the Zelda book that is also included (Which evens up the value proposition a bit), it doesn't get around the fact that both Wind Waker and the book are digital copies and you clearly prefer physical.

While I suspect that you know this already, the Wii U release you want is actually titled Super Mario 3D World. Many people mistakenly mislabel it as Super Mario 3D Land due to the closeness of the two names, but that of course is a 3DS release from two years ago.Edited by Leo_Ames - 12/27/13 at 3:21pm
