Hi all,
I just bought the LG 60PA5500 for $899 and I think I've got all the colors and blacks dialed in nicely with my PC via HDMI (ATI Radeon HD5000 series). Blu-Ray's look gorgeous through PowerDVD.
There is one annoying feature however. When there is no image on the screen, for example, darkness between scene changes in a movie, the plasma screen "turns off" for a split second until the next scene is displayed. I guess they did this to give the impression of very low black levels.
I kind of find this annoying, especially when watching a movie with the lights off. I don't see anywhere I can turn that off.
Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Thanks for the idea though.
