I am figuring out how I can mount my projector to the ceiling and as I understand the process to be you locate studs/wooden beams in the ceiling so that you can properly secure your mount so it is secure. My question is, my light fixture is right in the middle of the room. If I mount it anywhere near there, do I need to be concerned about hitting any electrical wires when I start hammering nails in to the popcorn ceiling?
Also, what are your best practices for concealing your audio/video/power wires coming from the projector, down the walls, to my PC?
Thanks in advance!
