Refurbished Polk Speakers Direct from Polk?

I'm looking to upgrade my existing HTS...I currently have a set of HTIB Polk RM2650 Sats, center and PSW250 Sub. I'd like to keep two of the sat speakers for the rears and upgrade to the Polk Monitor 50's for the fronts and the Polk CS2 as my center.

I found a pair of refurbished Polk Monitor 50's for $179.99 on their Ebay site, as well as, a CS2 for $125.00. I'll be using a Yamaha RX-V671 to drive the speakers in a 16 X 16 room. Is this a good upgrade? any concern over refurbished speakers? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

I purchased a refurb CS2 center from Polk Direct on the bay of "e" and could not tell if it was new or not. Perfect condition and has worked very well for 2 years.

Same with my friend, was brand new looking when we got it and set it up for him. I'm about to order the CS2 when I get some more cash.

Same here. I bought a set of FXiA4 surrounds a couple of years ago and they appeared to be brand new out of a factory sealed box. They were white, so maybe not big sellers but I saved a lot of money.

i bought a pair of monitor 70 s look new and work great had for a year or so
