Been working on these for about 4 months now. All the wood was cut by Aloha cabinetry in Livermore CA using CNC. Design was by me and with the help of guys at Madisound. The towers are maid with stacks of 1" MDF than I used 3 layers of 1/8" bending Baltic Birch with wrap each tower. The total wall thickness is 2 inches and front baffle is 2.5 inches with 1/2" Baltic Birch sandwiched between MDF sheets. I will be veneering the whole thing and the front baffle and top part are gonna be pained black. The drivers are all Seas Excel. with 2 10" woofers per tower. I did make a change the the system. First it was going ported and now since I'm using the DEQX active crossover, I can boost the low end extension.
