Best VALUE 3D Projector?

So Im only a few months from getting a projector again. Iv been waiting for the 3D side of them to get a bit better than the earlier 'rainbowing' that was happening on the first 3D models.

My budget will be between $400 and $600 for the projector alone. What would be the best model with a 3D VESA port, as I have an emitter and 5 pair of Sony active shutter glasses?

I am interested in good quality display, longevity, as well as experince with any Customer Service for that brand. Im tired of buying good products that have TERRIBLE customer service... if Im ever feeling in need of that, Ill call XFinity Cable!!!

You may have done more research on this than me, but are you looking at an HD 3D projector with a 3d vesa port and a hard upper limit of $600? That might not be realistic. Here's one for $788: http://www.projectorcentral.com/Optoma_GT750E_projector_review.htm

Thanks for that one... if it goes on sale in April-May, Ill check it out for sure. My last projector was an Optoma and was a great experience for all it was used for. Was still doing great when I sold it as well.

If there is a projector that will function my Sony 3D specs... Id like to know about any as well.

Anybody tried the LED/LAzer hybrid 3d Projectors?

I think they only about $600. I heard the lazer degrades over time and much faster then the LED's so color shift will be likely it sounds like.

Thanks... Ill be checking on that tonight. Again, wont be in the market for a few months... might even wait til June since thats the next big time to buy electronics for less.
