Looking for center channel below 400.00??

Why not another G12 or G16 if you like your current speakers? They can be used as a left, center or right speaker.

Well then you post should be "I want 3 new front speakers", not just a center. You should have said you hate your current speakers in your original post.

Yep, another of the same would be the correct choice for a center. If you use something else, you will like your speakers even less than you do now.

You said you had $400 to spend on a center. $400 will get you 2 V5.2's if you don't have enough for a 3rd one right now. That's a least a good start. But if you really have up to $750 then you should get your 3 speakers now,.

I wouldn't wait long though. They had a sale similar to this on Energy V6.2 towers and they sold out quickly. Now they're nowhere to be found at all.

+1 on the Veritas 5.2C. I ordered three for my front stage and coudn't be happier. Just check your tweeters when you get the speakers to see if any has dented domes. Some peo´ple have had problems with those. But excellent speakers and at that price it's a steal.

You could buy 5 of them with your budget and have a nice 5.1 setup. Don't let the price fool you. Read the reviews. These are nice budget speakers.
