Setup of rythmik fv15hp

so I just got my fv15hp subwoofer in the mail but being new to home theater I am having difficulty knowing if I set it up correctly. Your help would be greatly appreciated!

I bought an RCA cable and RCA adapter(2 males to 1 female) to hook it up. I put the two end male adapter into the red and white lfe inputs on subwoofer. Is this the optimum sound hookup?

Then I ran this to my pioneer receiver. hc 1222k

My questions

Do I want to have the line in low pass settings on 50hz2, avr/12, or 80hz/24?
Do I want rumble filter on on/2 or off/1?
Do I want frequency on 20, 28 or 14?
damping is on medium

Make sure when you use the microphone to set it up. Set the main speakers to small and set the crossover to 80hz.

Thank you! I previously had the subwoofer set at avr/12 What difference will it make to switch it over too 80hz/24?

This sub-woofer is at the top of my list. Seriously considering ordering this weekend. I just wonder if it will be here by next weekend. lol

I like
14hz ext, Hi Damp, AVR/12, Rumble off, Limiter On, power auto, one port plugged for max extension but it is personal preference. Some do prefer max output.

I ordered mine on the 9th and will be here on the 17th. Weekends always slow things down.

I live in WA and ordered on a Friday and received it the folloiwing Friday. It was a nice present to have it for the weekend smile.gif
