There is a easier method.
In the Harmony software, go to the devices tab and hit Settings for the amplifier. Select Adjust Inputs. Select Method 2. The inputs should be the same order they cycle through the remote, hit Next. Here you can assign the inputs you created. OR for others, you can quickly learn all the commands from this screen by hitting "Learn" on the right side of the screen. It will cycle through and have you train all the inputs in one go.
The way the vizio remote works is a little wonky. If there is no display on the remote, the first time you press Input, it displays the input but doesn't switch it. The first input it has you learn is Aux 1, so point the remote into your hand (so it doesn't get detected) and cycle till you get to Bluetooth. Now point it at your Harmony and press input once more to train Aux 1. Continue this cycle... to learn Aux 2, set the remote to display Aux 1, point at your Harmony, press input and it will train Aux 2... and so on. It takes less than a minute to set it all up properly!
